CBD oil extract (500 mg,)Beeswax, Tocopherol, vitamin E, Avocado oil, Jojoba oil, Hemp seed oilcoconut oil, Lavender essential oil

How to use

Our three CBD range products can all be used together in ..Harmony.

Balance drops

Using our marked dropper, measure 0.50 of CBD for a 16.6MG starting dose. This dose is recommended for those just getting started with CBD but looking to experience a subtle strength. 

Boost Tablets

Take 1-2 tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Start slow grow slow. Start with 1 tablet once per day, and increase if needed after a day or two until you find what works for you.

Soothe Balm

Apply small amount topically, replenish as necessary through out the day.

The Food Standards Agency in the UK recommends the maximum daily CBD dosage of 70mg.  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
